03 · Connect
Integrations and automation. Stop copying data by hand.
When enquiries don't reach the CRM, or someone re-keys the same details into two systems every week, the tools can usually talk to each other. I connect them, test them and document them, so the result doesn't become another black box.
- Scope
- One workflow at a time
- Built on
- Tools you already pay for
- Price
- Scoped and quoted first
- Handover
- Documented, not a black box
§ 01 What it covers
The work between your systems.
Manual transfer costs staff hours every week, and every missed step is a lead or an order that slips through.
- 01Website enquiry forms posting straight into your CRM.
- 02Moving data between tools you already pay for, without copy and paste.
- 03Replacing weekly admin someone does by hand.
- 04Notifications when something needs a person's attention.
- 05Fixing integrations that fail some of the time, and nobody knows why.
- 06Client integrations for agencies, under your brand if you prefer.
§ 02 How it works
From the manual workaround to something that runs itself.
1
You describe the workflow
What happens now, who does it, and which tools are involved.
2
I check what's possible, then quote
Within one working day. If a tool doesn't allow it, I'll say so before you've spent anything.
3
I build and test it
Against your real workflow, with you checking the results before it goes live.
4
You get the documentation
What it does, where it runs, and what to check if it ever stops.
§ 03 Price and terms
Scoped and quoted per job.
Integrations vary a lot with the tools involved, so I quote once I've checked what each one allows. Any timeline is indicative until then.
- A price agreed before I build anything.
- Built on the tools you already pay for where possible.
- Documented so your team, or another developer, can maintain it.
- For agencies, built inside your process and under your brand if you prefer.
Questions
What if one of my tools has no API?
I'll tell you before quoting. Sometimes there's another route and sometimes there isn't, and you'll know which before you've spent anything.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. Most tools have an API or webhook, and I build on what you already have where I can.
What happens if it breaks later?
The documentation says what to check. If you'd rather I kept an eye on it, that's what ongoing support is for.
How long does it take?
It depends on the tools and the workflow. You'll get an indicative timeline with the quote, confirmed once I've checked what each tool allows.
